    How to Take

    Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz of water or juice. May be taken with or without food. If you cannot swallow the capsule, open and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt) or beverage. Do not mix into carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcoholic drinks. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.
